Step 1: Initial Consultation
When you decide you are ready to explore a project with our team, we will begin by discussing your ideas with you via phone, a video call, or email and answer any questions you may have. We are happy to make this initial consultation as detailed as you’d like,
whether you are looking to have us answer basic building process questions, provide a general estimate of cost, or get down to the finer points of the project. This is when we can really get to know you and your design preferences.
Step 2: Design
Once we get a better understanding of the scope and what you are looking to achieve with your project, we will begin drawing design plans. This is when our team gets to implement our decades of experience, taking inspiration from historical, regional and cultural contexts, while always keeping in mind you as the client. We will then email you the design plans and set-up either phone or video calls to review in-depth. Communication is essential as we move forward in the design process, and we will remain committed to answering all your questions and requests as they arise. We want to make sure you are getting a customized project that you will truly enjoy. That’s why we place such an emphasis on creating a collaborative relationship with our clients. Step 3: Selecting Materials
Once your design plans take shape, we will start to pick out materials for your project. Although this is something that would normally be discussed further along in the building process, we can use this time in quarantine to have every facet of the project squared away. The more decisions that are made ahead of the construction process, the sooner we can get you into your dream space.
